Once shipped, delivery takes an average 2-5 business days within the
continental U.S. depending on location

Can I cancel an order I just placed?

Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. You may contact us by email at or through our Contact Us Form. Once order has begun processing we will not accept cancellations. Linden Fields must approve all cancellations.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?

Linden Fields will replace any order it determines was damaged in transit. Please hang on to the product and any packaging, as the shipping company may require proof of damage for insurance claims purpose.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to many of our products being custom and the fact that we begin making your order as soon as it is placed we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have a problem with your order please contact us.

I just placed and order, can I make a change to it?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order. If you don't contact us within 48 hours your product will go into production and changes can not be made. We will check your order status and see if we can make any changes. Most orders begin production within 48 hours, so changes are not always possible.

Can I return my custom or personalized product?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products. If your order is incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact Linden Fields by email at or through our Contact Us Form and we will replace the item only if an error was made in production

How long does it take to process my order?

Each product is made to order according to your specifications chosen at checkout. Please review products for individual processing times. Processing times for custom orders begin after you approve final design or provide all personalized information.

Do I get a tracking number to follow my package?

Yes! Once your order is processed you will be provided with a tracking number!
