Can I cancel an order I just placed?

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. You may contact us by email at info@lindenfields.com or through our Contact Us Form. Once order has begun processing we will not accept cancellations. Linden Fields must approve all cancellations.

What if I don’t like the color of the decal I ordered?
Although every attempt is made to reflect colors accurately, colors can vary based on your computer's monitor settings. Linden Fields is not liable for color choices made by the customer, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for this reason. We recommend you purchase a Color Swatch Sample Pack if you’re not sure what colors you’d like.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
Linden Fields will replace any order it determines was damaged in transit. Please hang on to the product and any packaging, as the shipping company may require proof of damage for insurance claims purpose.

Can I return my order?
Due to many of our products being custom and the fact that we begin making your order as soon as it is placed we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have a problem with your order please contact us.

Can I return my custom or personalized product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products. If your order is incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact Linden Fields by email at info@lindenfields.com or through our Contact Us Form and we will replace the item only if an error was made in production.

Returns & Exchanges Policies
- If a decal or sign is damaged during installation, a replacement may be offered to the customer at a discounted price. However, no refunds/exchanges will be offered.
- Linden Fields reserves the right to determine if a surface is suitable for vinyl application. If a customer is advised that a surface may not work as intended, and still opts to purchase a decal, the customer than waives their right to any refund/exchange.
- If you believe your product is defective in any way please contact us immediately. We may require photographic proof of defect before moving forward with any returns or exchanges.
