Please make sure all the information you give us for personalization is correct. If you would like to see a proof before we put your metal sign into production please send us a message after you place your order - otherwise a proof will not be provided.
►► NOTES ON NAME FORMATS
- All last names will have an "S" added to the end to make them plural.
- Any last names ending in: S - X - Z - CH - SH will have an "ES" added to the end to make it plural.
- Each sign will be cut in the format shown. If you put "SMITH" in the personalization the sign will read "THE SMITHS"
- If you would like any changes to the format you must contact us when ordering.
- An apostrophe will not be used as it is not correct in this format.
- The letter in the center will correspond with the first letter of the last name given.
Hanging Instructions
The majority of our signs are designed with mounting holes that allow for easy installation using screws or nails. This mounting method is suitable for a wide range of surfaces and is highly effective in ensuring a secure and sturdy installation.
For indoor applications double stick tape or command strips are effective options. It is important to apply these products generously to the surface to ensure a strong hold.
Magnets designed in screw-in style provide a convenient solution when mounting holes are unavailable on your surface.

Returns & Policies
Linden Fields does not offer returns as all of our products are handmade to order. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we would be happy to help! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We require a picture of any defects or problems. We urge you to inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive it to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. If your order is damaged, lost or stolen, please report that here so we can quickly take care of you! We accept cancellations ONLY if your order has not started production and within 2 business days. Orders go into production very quickly, so cancellations are not always possible. Thank you!
